Sales Development Representative
Seiki Systems is part of Jonas Software, the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Manufacturing, Leisure, Construction, and Education sectors. Jonas is made up of over 120 distinct brands, respected leaders within their domains.
We’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative to become an integral part of our sales team and play an essential role in shaping our pipeline and achieving recurring revenue growth targets. This role involves executing successful outbound activities that lead to qualified business opportunities for our sales executives.
The SDR we are looking for must be determined, self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills, as you will often be the first point of contact with prospects. Experience with ERP/MES systems and/or an interest in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
Role Objectives:
* Generate new qualified business opportunities by nurturing warm prospects and customers.
* Meet or exceed ambitious goals and targets.
* Support the wider sales team goals for revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention.
Day-to-day, you will:
* Undertake outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
* Establish and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
* Lead discovery conversations to understand the needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Secure and book appointments for the sales team.
* Participate in exhibitions and meetings.
* Stay updated with all products and services.
* Report to the sales manager.
Your skills and experiences will include:
* Previous sales or lead generation experience in a B2B environment.
* Action-oriented with a history of exceeding targets.
* Strong communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
* Results motivated and driven to progress your career within sales.
* Experience using CRM software.
* Customer-focused, interested in understanding requirements and finding the best fit solutions.
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00
Location: Remote. Onboarding will take place at the company’s Brighton office.
