Roles and responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and internal networks;
* Lead delivery of outsourced tax reporting and compliance engagements;
* Drive efficiency through technology and controls;
* Advise clients on tax legislation and technical issues;
* Provide solutions to complex problems;
* Interact confidently with senior stakeholders;
* Identify additional client needs and liaise with specialists;
* Lead business development and contract negotiations;
* Support group/statutory tax reporting and project management;
* Coach team members;
* Follow KPMG policies and best practices;
* Maintain a positive, resilient, and networked approach.
Qualifications and skills:
* Qualified by experience or ATT/CTA/ACA or equivalent;
* Knowledge of UK corporate tax law and compliance;
* Excellent communication and project management skills;
* Attention to detail and leadership qualities;
* Ability to analyze problems and build relationships;
* Reputation-building through quality work.
