To be an effective listener and have the ability to support families who maybe going through a difficult period. To have a pro-active approach, empowering families to identify their own needs. To have an awareness of local provisions and support with signposting. To be part of the key working team within the Black Country Healthcare Foundation Trust. Have knowledge and understanding of the impact supporting a child and/or young person with a learning disability and/or autism can have on a family unit. This can be from a personal or professional perspective. To undertake any other duties of a similar nature consistent with the responsibilities of this post in order to provide a quality Keyworker service.
