About The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Software Trainer to join our thriving team of experts at Eploy. Our software manages the in-house recruitment processes of companies ranging from 250 employees to well over 100,000. We also provide solutions for the public sector, university, and recruitment agency markets.
You’ll be joining our Implementation Services team, a collection of Project Managers and Specialists in Implementation Integrations and Training. The primary focus for these teams is deploying Eploy to new customers and providing a smooth upgrade process for existing clients.
Working alongside our Training Manager, the main focus of your role will be the delivery of off-the-shelf and bespoke training to new and existing customers. You'll also be able to flex your creative muscles by helping to keep our Knowledge Base and Training Material up to date, along with creating bespoke training videos, user guides, and eLearning for Customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver training programmes remotely, at our clients’ sites, within our dedicated training facility, and online.
2. Create training materials and user guides.
3. Work closely with our internal teams to ensure both new and existing customers are getting the maximum value from our software.
4. Work with our Training Manager to ensure existing help and training material is kept up to date.
5. Need to travel throughout the UK to deliver in-person training, with overnight stays when required.
Minimum Requirements:
You’ll have at least five years of experience delivering software training, both remotely and in-person, to customers and stakeholders at all levels. A relevant qualification in L&D, such as Certificate in Training Practice, Foundation Certificate in L&D, or Foundation Certificate in People Practice, would be beneficial.
You’ll have experience in designing and delivering tailored and generic training packages, along with excellent administrative, time management, and communication skills.
We’re a closely-knit team, so fantastic teamwork is essential. You’ll also need to be comfortable working on your own initiative as you’ll be working on your own projects from time to time. This would include tasks like designing knowledge transfer solutions that help our customers rapidly adopt and benefit from our award-winning cloud-based software.
It would be great if you…
1. Have experience in delivering customer training within a software company.
2. Have experience within the Recruitment and/or HR sector.
3. Have used an Applicant Tracking System before.
4. Have a relevant L&D qualification.
5. Have experience using the following software packages: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SnagIt, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline/365, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition.

A Little Bit About Us
Eploy is a vibrant and fun place to work. Our team is expanding rapidly due to phenomenal growth because our product is great and our customer service is second-to-none. Our target market is corporate in-house recruitment teams, RPO providers, and recruitment firms. So everything we do is driven by our customers who include leading brands and major recruitment firms.
We’re established in our market, self-funded, and profitable – we’re not a ‘wing and a prayer’ start-up…nor are we a stuffy dark-suited corporate behemoth. We enjoy what we do, we’re creative and highly motivated, and because we also know recruitment (it’s what our software ‘does’), it’s quality and ‘fit’ with our business and people that’s most important to us.
At Eploy, we are determined to build a space where every employee is free to be themselves and succeed on merit. To achieve this, we are committed to providing equality of opportunity in all areas of our business, whether in recruitment and selection, promotion, or training and development.
So, whatever your sexuality, gender, gender identity, ability, age, race, religion, or belief, at Eploy you’ll be free to be you, to be heard, and to shine.
