This school is committed to an ethos of nurture, independence, and resilience and, as they have recently been graded good by Ofsted, they are now in a position to seek an enthusiastic, confident, and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support across school from Year 1 - Year 6 students, covering all core subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Are you a passionate and highly skilled HLTA or Level 3 with PPA cover experience looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and well-organised school in Rochdale?
Requirements
* Provide high-quality support across all core subjects (English, Maths, Science, etc.) to Year 1 - Year 6 students
* Ensure a well-structured learning environment and smooth delivery of lesson plans
* Mark and provide live feedback to students in a supportive and constructive manner
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a positive and focused learning atmosphere
* Collaborate with the class teacher and staff to monitor student progress and provide targeted support as needed
