We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our team by managing training bookings, health & safety administration, and general office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Book and coordinate CSCS, first aid, and other training courses for site staff.
* Maintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Support the Health & Safety team with administrative tasks, including document management and audits.
* Assist with processing risk assessments, method statements, and accident reports.
* Liaise with training providers, employees, and site managers to schedule training sessions.
* Keep databases, spreadsheets, and compliance records up to date.
* Provide general administrative support, including handling emails, calls, and office coordination.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or housebuilding experience desirable).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage compliance records.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Driving License & Car Essential
