Seeking a Junior Professional Services Consultant to join the team in London, contributing to the expansion in the UK and European market.
The Company:
A SaaS based Cloud collaboration system designed to enhance collaboration across supply chains and project teams in the Construction industry.
The Role:
1. Support in new customer implementations of solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
2. Deliver informative and well-organized presentations to clients and stakeholders.
3. Develop and maintain robust client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for product enhancement requests.
4. Provide expert technical and functional support during the implementation phase.
5. Organize and occasionally lead training sessions, equipping users with necessary skills and knowledge.
6. Collaborate with various departments to meet client requirements and create documentation for both internal and external use.
7. Analyse business processes and map client supply chain interactions and requirements.
8. Work closely with Professional Services Manager to integrate solutions into clients’ core architecture and identify growth opportunities.
The Requirements:
1. Proven project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3. Outstanding client relationship building skills.
4. Commercial acumen and the ability to innovate in business situations.
5. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is helpful.
6. Willingness to travel according to project needs.
The Process:
1. Introductory video call with the hiring manager.
2. Face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager/management.
3. Meeting with CRO to finalize the hiring process.
