Reports to: Digital Manager The role The Paid Biddable and Social SAE will play a crucial role in supporting the digital biddable team, working specifically within Universal’s Home Entertainment and Digital Distribution division (collectively called Home Window). This is an opportunity to work with a thrilling, fast-paced client, responsible for releasing incredible films including (most recently) Oppenheimer, Super Mario Bros, Kung Fu Panda 4 - and there are many more fantastic films in the pipeline. The Biddable and Social SAE will not only support the digital team for day-to-day campaign set up, in-flight optimisations and planning but also be responsible for client relationship maintenance, establishing publisher relationships and supporting the planning team for this major EssenceMediacom client. If you love entertainment and working as a team to achieve goals and overcome challenges, this is the role for you Accountabilities include: - Management of designated campaigns & accounts, including campaign pacing & campaign hygiene, as well as recommending and executing optimisations - Help build and QA media plans, campaign set up, and finance bookings to ensure there is consistency between plans and campaigns. - Responsible for producing and presenting campaign reports, including data inputting and providing insightful commentary and strategic recommendations for clients. - Ensuring platform accounts align to all channel best practices, and also contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practice. - Responsible for In-flight campaign optimisation - Interact effectively within your client team and suppliers to form strong relationships. - Manage campaign finance bookings and any finance queries per title alongside managers. - Support conversations on creative assets and deadlines with clients. - Learn how to use GroupM and EssenceMediaCom proprietary tools and systems relevant to the account for campaign set up, reporting, planning and finance. A bit about your skills and experience: - Experience in managing biddable media accounts. - Experience with planning and running paid social and biddable activity on Facebook, Google Ads and Amazon either directly or via third-party platforms (not all platforms are required to apply but having experience in most will help). - A genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment industry - Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and prioritise workloads across multiple campaigns. - Detail-oriented and responsive, with strong quantitative reasoning skills; you must be able to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed. - Pro-active and inquisitive – with a passion to grow and embody EssenceMediaCom’s culture. - Good general knowledge of (and passion for) all areas of digital marketing and media - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions. - Ability to assist and support other team member LI-GL1
