Recruitment Specialist - Temporary Sector
This is a cracking opportunity to join our established team within the Temporary Staffing Division.
Responsibilities
1. Use sales, business development and marketing techniques as well as networking skills to attract business from client companies.
2. Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships.
3. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
4. Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
5. Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
6. Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work.
7. Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
8. Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
9. Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
10. Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
11. Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants.
12. Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
13. Inform candidates about the results of interviews.
14. Negotiate salaries and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates.
15. Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
16. Work towards, and exceed, targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
17. Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
