Are you a seasoned and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant seeking a fresh challenge? Have you experience as a full 360 recruiter?
My client is a large independent recruiter established since 1990 with over 60 branches, looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving Bedford team.
Key Details:
1. Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 basic plus a very high bonus scheme
2. Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

The Role:
Your Role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant involves:
1. Sell perm or contract recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face at client meetings
2. Gathering competitor information through resources
3. Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts
4. Business development activities to sell my client's services
5. Cultivating strong client and candidate relationships
6. Meeting and exceeding targets
7. Recruiting, screening and selecting high quality applicants
8. Matching the best candidates to the best jobs
9. Updating all internal systems
10. Full autonomy for your own desk
What You Need to Succeed:
1. Min of 2 years working within the Recruitment Industry within temps or perms in any sector where you have had success (e.g., Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Driving)
2. Proven track record in sales and business development as a 360 recruiter
3. Proven sales and account management skills
4. Driving Licence is essential.
