We are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join the school’s dynamic team on a full-time, guaranteed basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in their learning while ensuring high standards of behaviour and engagement. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing classrooms when the regular teacher is absent, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged in the lesson. You’ll need to be confident in managing student behaviour and have excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and support when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher. Ensure that students remain on task and behave appropriately. Provide support to students and maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students and staff to support learning. Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete set tasks. Key Requirements: Strong behaviour management skills. Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Experience working with young people or in an education setting is desirable. Enthusiasm, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
