The Role - Executive Search Consultant
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be at the forefront of identifying and securing top industry talent. Your key responsibilities include:
Market Research Analyse trends, key industries, and competitors to deliver strategic insights to clients.
Market Mapping Conduct deep research to uncover industry landscapes, organisational structures, and hidden talent pools.
Candidate Sourcing Leverage databases, professional networks, and direct outreach to engage top-tier candidates.
Client Reporting Present detailed market insights, candidate profiles, and process updates to clients.
Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
Screening & Assessment Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Process Coordination Oversee search timelines, ensuring seamless communication and timely placements.
The Ideal Candidate - Executive Search Consultant
Degree from a Top University 2:1 or above.
Commercial Experience Prior exposure in a commercial role (internship, placement year, or part-time work).
