Job Description:
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
KBR is looking to recruit a Information Management Specialist on a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
On Offer:

* Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Key Activities:
* Plan, direct, co-ordinate and be the focal point for IM systems and management activities.
* Define project templates.
* Develop information standards and specifications.
* Facilitate the setup and configuration of SharePoint libraries, lists, workflows, and reporting.
* Secure access and user management
* MS Office 365 collaborative working features for collective document development and daily business
* Workflows to help perform repeatable tasks and support project business.
* Registers (often coupled with workflows) to record project milestones, correspondence, achievements, issues, decisions taken, changes proposed, actions, etc.
* Reporting pages to display up-to-the-minute status information with Power BI and other MS Office tools.
* Setting up and managing the 2D CAD drafting effort (separate from but linked with 3D CAD and intelligent schematics deliverables production)
* Liaise closely with CAD coordinators, Document management group, Procurement/IPMS and project team.
Experience, Education, Skills & Job Knowledge:
* An understanding of electronic database tools to analyse, manipulate and transfer data.
* Experience of using a wide range of IM systems including SharePoint, Teams, DocuSign, Data verse, Autocad, Microstation.
* Knowledge of engineering systems and databases.
* Power Automate, procedural SQL etc an advantage.
* Microsoft azure access management
* 2D CAD tools use – in particular, Autodesk, Microstation etc.
* Secure working
* Power Automate and/or Nintex
* Content management.
* Excel VB, SQL, Power BI.
