Job Description
Your mission:
· Prepare hot and cold dishes for our breakfast buffet, ensuring quality and consistency.
· Create and prepare dishes for our Chill#02 Café and Restaurant menu
· Receive and check deliveries; washing the dishes and kitchen utensils, cleaning equipment and production areas.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry, fridges, and freezers.
· Follow Food Safety regulations to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
· Friendly, approachable, and ready to provide excellent customer service with a smile.
· A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment.
· Positive and proactive with a "can-do" attitude, even when things get busy.
· Flexible with working hours is essential
· Ideally, you have experience working in a kitchen, either as a Chef or Assistant Chef.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Reservation Agents, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
