WHAT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUITVE ROLE INCLUDES
As a Sales Executive, your role will focus on growing our B2B business both locally and internationally through strategic field/telesales initiatives.
You'll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, from small health stores to large retailers.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
· Develop and execute field/telesales strategies and goals.
· Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Implement a thorough and organised approach to journey planning and sales calls by utilising cold and warm leads.
· Keep accurate customer records on CRM.
· Meet and exceed sales targets in your designated region.
· Work in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and other team members.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES EXECUITVE?
· Established background in Field/Telesales.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Organised approach to planning and executing sales calls.
· Experience in food supplement sales is desirable but not mandatory.
· High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
· Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
· Basic understanding of CRM software.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· Probing and fact-finding techniques.
· Aptitude for understanding market trends and customer needs.
· A valid drivers license.
