On behalf of an established nationwide charity, Pure Care are currently searching for an experienced Service Manager to oversee a fantastic supported-living service for 4 males based in the Bristol area.

* £38,075 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
* Initial 6 month contract
The company is a leading national charity providing support to young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, and they are seeking an experienced individual on an initial 6 month Interim basis for their service in Bristol. The service is made up of 4 separate flats within the building and as the Manager you will be responsible for the overall oversight of the home and team.
The service is home to 4 male residents all with an element of challenging behaviour, and so prior experience is required. This role does not require a Registration with CQC as this is held by the Area Manager.

Supported Living Interim Service Manager Skills/ Experience:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award preferred
* Able to demonstrate a track record in leading, motivating and managing staff to deliver a high standard of care and support to the service users at all times.
* Previous Home Management experience, preferably with clients with learning disabilities
* You will be a motivational and reliable leader to all support workers and other staff within the home.
* Able to regularly liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care and support is provided.
