Main duties of the job The role of Deputy Operations Manager is diverse, fast-paced, and crucial to our operation's success. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager and deputising when required, youll oversee daily office activities ensuring the delivery of a professional, high-quality service within our designated locality. You'll lead the implementation of new complex care packages, oversee the coordination of complex discharges from hospital settings, and work closely with families, commissioners, the wider MDT and our central recruitment team. Collaborating closely with Office Consultants, you'll manage care packages, support the management of accidents incidents and complaints, and provide a professional quality service, ensuring all CQC requirements, relevant legislation, standards, and policies are adhered to at all times.
