Job summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Full time NHS administrator/receptionist to provide support for the respiratory nursing team. Candidates will work alongside an established and supportive team of administrators and clinicians and have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise their workload and have excellent communication and customer care skills. Previous experience of a public facing administrative role, with reception duties is preferred alongside knowledge of the practices and processes within the NHS. Main duties of the job You will be the first port of call for visitors to the respiratory centre; providing a welcoming environment for all. The post holder will need to be an efficient, reliable, and responsive patient administrator, who will be a valuable member of our team. The post holder will be responsible for; welcoming patients, booking clinics, clinic reception, daily administration tasks, managing the nurses diaries. The role is in relation to Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), NTM, pleural clinic and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea.
