Job summary The Cancer Services team at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to recruit to a full time Administrator to support the Acute Oncology Service and wider Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist Team. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide a high quality administrative service to the Acute Oncology and wider Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist Team supporting the co-ordination of the non-clinical aspects of the service including scheduling/attending meetings with minute taking, data and office management as well as assisting and supporting the team with internal and external referrals. There will also be a requirement to manage telephone enquiries, recording and prioritising messages highlighting them to the appropriate colleagues as required.
