We are expanding and seeking talented individuals to join our Digital team as Project Managers.nAs a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of both tactical and strategic projects across all digital channels. You will ensure effective delivery and management in all areas, including communication and engagement with key stakeholders, budget management, risk assessment, and governance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing the benefit tracking methodology for each project or initiative.What will I be doing?nManage projects to ensure timely and effective delivery to the required standard.nConduct feasibility studies and make recommendations for project delivery and implementation opportunities.nCommunicate project progress and status to sponsors, key stakeholders, and team members, managing both internal and external personnel.nIdentify and recommend resources needed for optimal implementation, and prepare detailed project documentation.nLead a project team to report and analyse changes, ensuring dependencies are assessed and resources are used effectively.nIdentify, assess, and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality criteria.nWhat do I need?nStrong experience leading Digital-led projects across various scope/scale and accountable for the full project lifecycle.nExperienced and knowledgeable with various project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Planned Iterative) as well as a deep understanding of Project & Change Management best practices.nExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) across all business levels, with strong time management, and project management abilities to ensure successful delivery within deadlines.nProven ability to lead multi-functional teams, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work both independently and as part of a team.nSkilled negotiator, influencer, and networker, with a commercial acumen to understand business areas and identify opportunities.nEnthusiastic about change, with sensitivity to its impact on people and businesses, and competent in team building and coaching roles.nProficient in all stages of the system lifecycle, change control, configuration processes, and risk management techniques, with a demonstrated ability to maximise project/programme benefits in large organisations.nAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
