The Job Role
* An experienced head of sales and events to drive an ambitious and determined team to deliver new business
* To provide leadership and guidance to the passionate sales team to achieve sales targets
* Strong experience with sales plans, budgeting and accountability of a P&L
* Motivate and lead a successful sales team providing best practises
* An opportunity to work for an exciting and expanding business
The Requirements
* The ideal head of sales will have previous experience managing a team of sales professionals
* Passionate about delivering amazing service
* Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing a sales strategy
* A solid track record of securing new business within meetings and a wide range of events
