As a Data Analyst, your role will be to provide a deep understanding of the data we have available within the business. This understanding proves theories, answers burning questions and ultimately enables action to be taken to improve the performance of our products.
The types of questions we answer include:
· What will a product sell over the next 3 years?
· How has a retailer benefited from changes to the fixture?
· Which price generates the most profit for a product?
Essential Skills
Essential Skills
· A statistical background either through education or employment.
· A strong understanding of Excel and solid programming competency in at least one of the following: SAS, R, SQL or Python.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· An ability to identify a problem and logically solve it.
· Self-starting and tenacious.
· Commercially minded with a track record of using data analysis to drive business value.
· Excellent communication skills delivering analysis in an appropriate manner and format tailored to audience.
· A team player.
About Company
