About Us:
The South Yorkshire branch's secondary desk offers a wide range of high-demand job roles across our client schools, including positions as teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and cover teachers, as well as full-time opportunities for fresh graduates. Other roles include sports coaches and PE specialists, exam invigilators, and qualified teachers. Additionally, opportunities are available for retired professionals with expertise in behaviour management, ex-forces personnel, and individuals with experience in 1:1 tutoring or support.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting KS3 to KS4 pupils with a range of additional needs, including mental health, behavioural difficulties, and autism.
* Liaising with class teachers, the senior leadership team, and outside agencies to comply with EHCPs or personalised learning plans.
* Helping to boost self-confidence and self-esteem of students.
* Building relationships with key children and young people on a 1:1 basis.
* Managing behaviour in-line with the school's policies and ethos.
