They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join the team, reporting into the Head of CRM to drive customer initiatives at a pivotal period of growth business. It is essential that this hire be a hands-on technical Klaviyo expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. They will drive customer communications across email, SMS and push. The role: Ownership of the customer database – Klaviyo Implementing a test and learn approach to CRM to strengthen customer relationships Enhancing the customer journey by delivering data led customer campaigns and optimising them throughout the customer lifecycle Segment customers effectively using data and insights to personalise customer comms Analyst CRM performance and report back the results to the Head of CRM and wider business Analyse customer behaviour to identify opportunities and take an always-on approach to optimisation.
