Class Teacher: Reception Teacher
Required From: Monday 1st September 2025 or sooner
The Governors, staff and children at Lark Hill Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced and outstanding practitioner to work with one of our classes in Early Years.
All children deserve the very best and we are looking for a professional who has a passion for quality first teaching and learning. We require a teacher who:
* Is an outstanding classroom practitioner and experience of working in Early Years
* Is able to demonstrate a knowledge of children’s early development
* Is able to plan and differentiate to meet the needs of all groups of pupils
* Values teamwork and has experience of deploying additional adults to ensure progress
* Is committed and understands the importance of experiential learning
* Has high expectations of themselves and all pupils and places relationships at the core of their practice
* Model excellent teaching and professional standards for the whole school community
* Promote model the school values of NURTURE, ACHIEVE and RESPECT
* Promote and model the school vision including infusing honesty and integrity into all of school life
* Create a stimulating, supportive, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve his/her full potential
* Be hard working and have enthusiasm, energy and creativity
