Role Overview: The Head of Client Services / Customer Success will be responsible for nurturing relationships with high-profile clients, driving exceptional service delivery, and ensuring all partnerships align with our clients’ strategic objectives. You’ll lead a dynamic team, manage complex stakeholder networks, and work cross-functionally to innovate and deliver measurable value.
