Our long term client is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Manager to join their expanding team.
About the Role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee a close knit customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to support business growth.
Oversee order processing, exports, and key account management.
Monitor stock levels, resolve customer complaints, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Mentor and develop your team to drive performance and foster a proactive work environment.What We Offer
