We are looking for an experienced KS2 TA to join our team. We are seeking practitioners who are highly motivated and able to carry out a mixture of roles, from supporting individuals or small groups to working with the class teacher to support pupils within class. Our TAs not only work with pupils needing additional support but also work alongside the teachers to deliver high-quality support in lessons for all pupils. Responsibilities will also require you to prepare activities and resources in consultation with the class teacher and SENDCo.

* Be calm, consistent and fair – ensuring that children are safe and happy
* Be able to deal confidently with challenging behaviour
* Have a good basic education (English and Maths GCSE grade C or above is desirable)
