Position: Senior Estimator

Role Overview:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing and securing profitable work for the company. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and the client’s professional team throughout the tendering process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all bid requirements are clearly communicated to the bid team and that each tender is aligned with the client’s needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage tenders, ensuring all project requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner.
* Liaise with the client’s team to establish clear requirements and expectations for each tender.
* Communicate the requirements to the bid team and ensure all aspects of the tender are considered.
* Work closely with the Managing Estimator and senior leadership to ensure competitive, profitable, and high-quality bids.
* Contribute to the overall strategy for securing profitable work and managing client relationships.

* Proven experience as a construction estimator, with a strong understanding of tendering processes.
* The ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A focus on delivering quality work and building long-term client relationships.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience in preparing and managing tenders in the construction industry.
* A relevant qualification in construction or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of estimating software and industry practices.
