Accounts & Office Manager
Salary:
£40K - £42K pa + bonus & benefits
Location:
Horsham, West Sussex - Office based
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
1. Overseeing a sizable team of direct and indirect reports
2. Conduct 1to1's, appraisals and ensure target setting for the team
3. Weekly reconciliation of cashbook
4. Production of financial reports, cashbook maintenance and bank
5. Authorising payments and invoices
6. Oversee the credit control function, ensuring accurate and timely collection of aged debt
7. Onboarding new clients and relevant administration
8. Continuously look for process improvements and efficiencies
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Demonstrable exposure of managing teams, both direct and indirect reports
2. Financial accounting, bookkeeping and general cashbook maintenance experience
3. Strong system skills inclusive of Excel
4. Strong attention to detail, motivated to deliver high-class client experience
