Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in their education journey? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting.
About the Role:
Provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviors and some SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) requirements.
Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential.
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
Essential Requirements:
Must hold a full UK driving license - applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEND, is desirable but not essential if you are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to working with challenging behaviors.
