A unique opportunity has arisen for a full-time Cover Supervisor to join a dedicated and nurturing SEN school in the heart of Weymouth for a short-term assignment.

This specialist setting supports children and young people aged 4 to 18 with a variety of additional needs. The school provides a therapeutic and tailored learning environment where every child is given the tools they need to succeed. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in during staff absences to support the continuity of learning, while maintaining a calm, encouraging and structured atmosphere. You’ll work closely with experienced staff who are committed to promoting independence, wellbeing and academic development in each learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
