Order Processor\n\nLeeds, LS12\n\n£12.67-£13.57 per hour DOE, weekly pay\n\nFull time, Temporary to Permanent\n\nConcept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Order Processor on a temporary to permanent basis.\n\nYou will be part of a busy team and must be willing to support other departments and colleagues within the business as and when required.\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\n * Handling incoming calls from customers\n\n * Processing customer orders\n\n * Working on a costing system (Spok) to provide accurate information\n\n * Updating customers on the status of their order\n\n * Accurately entering information onto our clients CRM system\n\n * General administrative duties\n\nYou will need:\n\n * Experience of working on a costing system (this is essential)\n\n * Previous experience of working within an order processing role/environment\n\n * Competent IT skills\n\n * Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written\n\n * The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently\n\nThis is a full time role and a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to use their order processing skills and experience in a temporary to permanent role.\n\nIf you feel you have the relevant skills and experience, click “Apply” and a member of the team will be in touch.\n\nConcept Recruitment are working as an Employment Business in relation to this role
