Are you a highly organized and strategic individual with a passion for employee benefits? Planet Pharma are looking for a dynamic UK & Ireland Benefits Consultant to join our team and play a key role in shaping and managing our comprehensive benefits offerings.
As the UK & Ireland Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of all employee benefits programs, including pension plans, insurance, healthcare plans, flexible benefits, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with third-party providers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure our benefits offerings are both competitive and cost-effective, while also aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and administering all employee benefits programs for the UK & Ireland.
* Partnering with third-party providers and brokers to select and implement tailored benefit offerings.
* Overseeing the UK Flexible Benefit renewal process, including portal updates, testing, and employee communication.
* Ensuring strong vendor relationships, meeting service level agreements, and managing documentation.
* Coordinating benefit choices with a compensation impact between the benefits, HCM, and payroll systems.
* Collaborating with Finance on benefit cost accounting, accruals, and planning.
* Acting as a Tier 2 point of contact for employee benefit-related queries.
* Leading the governance of the UK Defined Contribution pension scheme.
