Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented content specialist to support Norman Managed Services' Business Development team. You’ll craft compelling B2B content across multiple channels, assist with marketing campaigns, and analyse performance to enhance engagement. Duties and Responsibilities include - Content Creation – Research, plan, and develop engaging digital marketing content, including social media posts, website articles, case studies, testimonials, and brochures. Marketing Campaign Support – Assist in executing multichannel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, web), supporting content distribution, engagement tracking, and performance reporting. Performance Analysis & Reporting – Monitor and analyse content and social media effectiveness, providing insights to improve engagement and conversion rates. Copywriting & Editorial Development – Write and edit content for email campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency. Design & Multimedia Creation – Use design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to develop visual assets where needed. Further information is available in the Job Description.
