Position Summary
We have opportunities for an experienced Forklift Driver working on a continental shift pattern of 2 days, 2 nights then 4 days off. The roles are based at our Purina factory in Sudbury.

A day in the life of a Forklift Driver
Reporting to the Shift Manager, your main accountability will be to transport palletised finished products to the dispatch area and assist in loading outgoing trailers for our export and home trade.
Other key responsibilities will include:
* Ability to work as part of a team in a safe but high-paced area.
* Ensure high safety and quality standards are adhered to.
* Approach work with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Support factory activities to achieve KPIs.
* Adaptability and flexibility as you may be required to work in different areas of the department and plant.
What will make you successful
The successful candidates will ideally have experience in a Manufacturing and Warehouse environment and possess a FLT licence. You should be thorough, professional, and care about the safety of yourself and others.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality products and have a good understanding of Good Manufacturing Principles. Strong communication skills and a results-focused mindset are essential.
