Youll work closely with our Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to support and supervise care staff, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and ensure our services meet and exceed expectations.?? About the RoleAs a Community Team Lead, youll split your time between the office and the community providing hands-on support, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance standards. Youll play a vital role in setting up new care packages, mentoring staff, ensuring safety and dignity for our customers, and being a key point of contact between customers, care workers, and the office team.??
Key Responsibilities Include:Supporting and supervising care/support staff in the communityCompleting care plan audits, competency checks, and face-to-face supervisionsAssisting with the assessment and setup of new customer care packagesDelivering personal care when required and modelling best practiceMonitoring and maintaining compliance with CQC standards and KPIsContributing to recruitment, induction, and mentoring of new care staffParticipating in the on-call rota and covering shifts when neededMaintaining accurate records and electronic systemsActing as a link between customers and the office, promoting professionalism and respect? What Youll NeedYoull be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and truly believes in delivering person-centred care.Essential:A strong understanding of person-centred care in the communityPrevious experience supervising staff in a care environmentAbility and willingness to deliver personal careExcellent communication, leadership, and time management skillsCaring, professional, and adaptable natureFull UK driving licence and access to reliable transportThe right to work in the UKDesirable:A BTEC Diploma Level 2 or other professional care qualificationExperience in conducting risk assessments, audits, or spot checks??
