Requirements Provide expert legal advice to employers and employees on various employment law matters. Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination (sex, race, disability), and other related matters. Advise on TUPE, redundancy, and transfers of undertakings. Negotiate and draft settlement agreements for both employers and employees. Counsel on restrictive covenants, breaches of confidentiality, and other workplace disputes. Draft and review employment contracts and staff handbooks. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Prepare court submissions, correspondence, and other legal documents. Negotiate with opposing counsel and parties to reach favourable resolutions. Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues to develop strategies for achieving client objectives. Contribute to business development initiatives and support the firm’s growth. Mentor and guide junior team members. Person Specification: 2 to 8 years PQE in Employment Law. Solid experience in managing employment tribunal claims and complex cases. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
