As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all FM services run smoothly across the contract.
The Package:
Competitive salary £25,000 - £29,000

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple sites.
Raising and managing work orders, ensuring timely completion by contractors and internal teams.
Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring they meet contractual SLAs.
Monitoring building systems (e.g., HVAC, fire safety, security, lighting) and escalating issues where required.
Keeping up-to-date records of statutory inspections, audits, and compliance reports
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices related to FM services.
