Psychologist Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical, Forensic, Counselling or Educational Psychologist to join our team at {company}. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people with complex needs in a Residential Services setting.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct clinical work, assessment, supervision, and training. You will work collaboratively with a friendly therapeutic team, comprising Therapists, Assistant Psychologists, and Trainee Psychologists, to make a positive impact on the lives of these children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct clinical work and assessments
* Supervising and training junior staff members
* Collaborating with the therapeutic team to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, Educational and Forensic)
* Experience working within a Children's setting, such as Education, Residential, or CAMHS
Work Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work remotely with travel across the Portsmouth area. You will have flexibility in managing your own diary, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for a 4-day condensed contract.
Salary and Benefits:
The Psychologist role offers a salary of up to £63k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus mileage and an industry-leading benefit package including:
