Role – Senior Residential Support Worker
Location – Rhondda Cynon Taff
Salary up to £31691.60 per year, inclusive of sleep-in shifts at £50.00 per night

We have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our team in our semi-rural children’s homes in Rhondda Cynon Taff, supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders.

To be a successful Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll need:
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Care.
* A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
* Compassion and empathy.
* Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Due to the requirements of the role, the minimum age requirement is 22 years.
* Full UK manual driving license (essential).
