This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for people and a keen interest in HR processes within the hospitality sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent & Culture team with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR functions such as payroll processing, holiday tracking, and benefits administration.
• Handle general HR queries from employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in organising training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support the Talent & Culture Manager with administrative tasks, reports, and ad hoc projects.
• Assist with HR reporting, document preparation, and any additional projects to support the HR team's objectives.
