Renowned in the area as one of the leading hotels for accommodation and M&E, the hotel boasts a reputable and unique Restaurant that has long been very prominent in the local Restaurant scene. This global hotel group operates throughout Europe in many different countries. Working with an experienced General Manager, we are looking for a candidate who has enthusiasm, passion and operates at a high level.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals & responsible business/legal targets are met whilst ensuring the smooth running and robust strategic direction of the hotel.
* Manage & develop your teams & HODs through planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management of your team.
* Provide leadership through leading by example.
* Clearly communicate both operational & strategic information, ongoing customer feedback and ensure team members are trained & developed.
* Empower the hotel team by providing an inspiring service culture through briefings, team meetings and management of the team.
* Be an active member of the HOD & Executive team & duty management responsibilities as required.
We are looking for an Operations Manager with previous 4 star experience ideally.
