The Cardiac Rehabilitation programme delivered by the team has current British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) GREEN certification status. You should have excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing effective clinical leadership supporting a team of nurses and therapists ensuring the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) code of conduct is at the forefront of the team's nursing care.
