We are looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to support a manufacturing business based in Redditch.
As a key member of the HSE team, you will play a vital role in promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across the company

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in implementing an effective safety management system.
* Participate in accident investigations to determine root causes alongside relevant departments.
* Conduct risk assessments and support teams in establishing Safe Systems of Work.
* Deliver site safety inductions for new employees and contractors.
* Coordinate and manage external safety training providers.
* Support routine compliance audits and safety inspections.
* Assist in developing short- and long-term plans to reduce safety incidents, near misses, and accidents.
* Oversee contractor management and ensure compliance with safety processes.
* Assist in site waste management.
* Maintain and review statutory safety documentation.
* Manage PPE stock and reorder supplies as needed.
* Lead monthly Health & Safety Committee meetings.
* Drive engagement in health and safety initiatives across all levels of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
* NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.
* Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards.
* Auditing experience and familiarity with compliance requirements.
