We are recruiting a Critical Services Technician to join the team located in London.\n \nKey Responsibilities \n \nEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding Subcontractor works.\n\nApproval of Rams\nIssue PTW/Isolation PTW\nSubcontractor Monitoring\nDynamic RA\n\nEscort Subcontractors to carry out site surveys.\nIssue progress reports\nEnsure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.\nTo develop a good working relationship between the Projects team and the BAU team.\nEnsure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment\nEnsure the professional image of CBRE is presented to clients at all times.\nTo ensure tasks as directed are completed with the appropriate H&S awareness/implementation.\nEnsure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.\nTo understand the BoA escalation procedure.\nMaintain CBRE E-Learning and BoA E-Learning in accordance with local Training Matrix.Role Requirements:\n\nEngineer is to be Electrical qualified with 18th Edition.\nTo work with the Project team to ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems.\nTo issue Permit to Work, Isolation Permits.\nCarry out Electrical isolations.\nComplete all Subcontractor paperwork, approval of RAMS, Contractor monitoring forms.\nTo escort subcontractors to carry out site surveys\nGood working knowledge of Building Services Infostructure.\nGood communication skills.Accountabilities \n\nAccountable to Moves & Change/Project Manager\nThe post holder does not have any directly reporting staff\nThis post carries no direct budgetary responsibility\nAbout CBRE Global Workplace Solutions:\n \nAs one of CBRE's core global businesses, Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building.
