Teacher
Clinton Primary School
Fixed-term appointment (2 years in the first instance)
FTE: 1.0 (can be flexible)
For the first time in 9 years, we have an opening for a new teacher to join our happy team at Clinton Primary School, Kenilworth. The position would be very suitable for an ECT or a teacher in the first few years of their career. This would be a fixed term appointment for 2 years in the first instance.
We have a very experienced, enthusiastic and supportive staff, and the ethos of our school is built on positive relationships, which means everyone can thrive. Our Ofsted inspection in January ensured we maintained our Outstanding grading, which both gives us the reassurance that we are doing an excellent job for our children and the time to enjoy the next phase of the development of our school. We’d like you to be part of that journey!
There is some flexibility over which class you would be teaching – whether that is Year 2 or lower KS2. There is also a little flexibility over a shortened working week, though the minimum teaching requirement we have is for 5 mornings and 2 afternoons.
We’re looking for someone who displays our Clinton Characteristics, which include being thoughtful, pushing ourselves, taking responsibility, bringing positivity, and being willing to help our school community. Teaching here is extremely rewarding and the hard work you put in will help you feel that way too!
Please contact us for an application form and to arrange a visit if you’d like to know more about the school.
Clinton Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
