Position Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Confectionery team as a Brand Manager for Aero (12-month maternity cover), based at our York office. Working on large-scale new product launches and events, this really is an exciting time to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the UKs favourite brands.
A day in the life of a Brand Manager...
As a Brand Manager, you will support the Senior Brand Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver new products, packaging, and events that delight our customers & consumers. You will be responsible for the brand management of the Aero confectionery brand and ensure we deliver against our longer term 3-year Brand Plan and 18 month Operational Master Plan objectives. These are some of the areas you will be involved in delivering:
1. Supporting the Marketing Team with Strategic Projects, actively inputting and demonstrating critical and entrepreneurial thinking.
2. Responsible for the successful deployment of NPD and Packaging projects plus working on both Shopper and Consumer Communication campaigns.
3. Use business intelligence to capture key-facts/trends to help make right business choices and report internally/to the Zone.
4. Working cross-functionally to plan and build channel and customer plans for your brands and formats.

1. An understanding of, and experience in, digital & social marketing.
2. Track record in delivering agreed performance objectives and demonstrating effective workload management and prioritisation.
3. Evidence of good numeracy and analytical skills.
4. Experience managing multiple, complex projects.
5. Budget management and an understanding of key principles of P&L.
6. Experience in coordinating & participating in cross functional teams.
7. The ability to influence and build strong relationships.
8. Strong presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders.
