Job Advertisement: Commercial Administrator
Salary: £24,500 per annum
Location: Oldbury Office
Looking for an organised, proactive professional with a knack for commercial processes and financial systems. Join a leading property services provider and play a pivotal role in ensuring profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction across contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Operations, and team members to meet contract expectations.
* Process and reconcile subcontractor payments, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
* Review and verify work orders for accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
* Liaise with clients and operations teams to secure necessary variations and manage risks.
* Prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting profitability and risk areas.
* Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, supply chains, and internal teams.
What You Bring:
* Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel with a strong understanding of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes.
* Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, working with Schedule of Rates, and preparing analytical reports is advantageous.
