Managing Director - Chem Arrow Europe - Global Industrial Lubricants & Fluid Supplier
Following our recent acquisition by the Internationally acclaimed Motul Group of companies, Chem Arrow Europe has a vacancy for an Area Business Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing an existing territory in the South of the UK. As an industry leader, Chem Arrow are a global manufacturer and supplier of specialist cutting oils and industrial lubricants to the manufacturing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company who are investing heavily in building a truly international organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue year on year through proactive targeted sales, together with maintaining and developing an existing customer portfolio. Working from home, you will be a focused and experienced professional responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle within your designated territory. Full training and technical support will be available.
Position Overview:
1. Responsibility for sales of CHEMARROW and MOTUL industrial lubricants.
2. Identifying and actively developing prospective customers.
3. Offer technical support to both new and existing customers throughout the territory.
4. Develop strong relationships to build a long-term customer/supplier partnership.
5. Ensure all information is recorded on an appropriate CRM system.
6. Manage all areas of the sales cycle to increase revenue within the territory.
7. Work closely with our Service Team and Chemists to fully support our customer base.
8. Liaise with our customer support team to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
Skills Required:
1. Previous role in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Sales within an industrial environment is useful but not essential.
2. Able to demonstrate a good level of IT skills.
3. Good written & verbal communication skills.
4. Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation to meet personal and company goals.
5. An ability to take ownership of tasks and problems to a conclusion.
6. Self-motivation and the discipline to work alone out in the field as well as part of our growing team.
7. A full UK driving license with at least 5 years’ experience.
Remuneration:
1. Basic salary £40,000 - £45,000
2. Excellent commission/bonus package on existing and new business.
3. A suitable company car, laptop, mobile phone and PPE provided.
4. A company credit card for business expenses.
5. Company pension plan.
6. 25 days paid holiday per year + public holidays.
7. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
